I’ve never been so torn between wanting to sing the praises of a place or gatekeep it so we can book it again! This is truly the perfect place to stay if you’re visiting LA. The views from the deck are breathtaking, watching the city from sunrise to sunset feels like an ever changing painting in front of you. The neighbourhood is full of beautiful wildlife yet so peaceful and safe that you forget you’re in a city multiple sizes bigger than London; with restaurants, bars and transport within a short walk or very easy links to main roads if you’re driving. If you’re ever thinking of visiting LA I cannot recommend staying here enough. The hosts are wonderful, quick to respond, very understanding and accommodating and always willing to help out! We cannot thank you enough for this incredible stay and hope to stay with you again in the future!

Perfect mix of quiet neighborhood with gorgeous views, great outdoor patio, yet walkable to restaurants and Greek theater. Comfortable pretty space with efficient kitchen. We really enjoyed our visit.

Greek Theatre, you couldn't ask for a better location—we loved being able to walk there and avoid all the traffic and parking hassles. The views are even more spectacular in person than they appear in the photos. As someone who loves architecture, I was thrilled to discover that you can actually see the Frank Lloyd Wright Ennis House from the kitchen. That was such an unexpected highlight of our trip. The home itself feels like understated luxury—beautifully designed, comfortable, and effortlessly elegant without being overdone. The cross breeze through the house was wonderful, making it a joy to relax and soak in those incredible Hollywood Hills views. Parking was surprisingly easy, which is a huge bonus in this area. We also loved walking down to Hillhurst and Vermont, where we found fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, and neighborhood charm. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. In my opinion, this is the ideal place to stay in LA. We were in town to see a show at the Greek Theater and it was so great to be able to avoid traffic and walk to the show. Beyond that, you’re walking distance to all of the great bars and restaurants in Los Feliz, even Silver Lake if you’re a little ambitious plus all of Griffith Park. The apartment has everything you need, feels incredibly peaceful and private and has great views. Jac is also a great host. Not just responsive but proactive in reaching out to preemptively answer any potential questions about checking in and out. I really can’t wait for our next visit to LA.
